Northpoint
Northpoint is located on Highway 531 and 67th Avenue Northeast and offers close proximity to I-5, Seattle, the Canadian border, and is primed for development. The site also includes heavy rail service from Burlington Northern and is close to Arlington Airport. The video shown here gives an excellent overview of the property.

SUNSET
A Successful Campaign Sunsets in 2026
At first, we were the Arlington Marysville Manufacturing and Industrial Center (AMMIC). Then, we were formally designated as an Economic Development Zone and worked with our partner, Digital Face Media, to rebrand as the Cascade Industrial Center (CIC). Since 2015, this has been such a successful initiative that in 2026, our marketing campaign will sunset and further information about the CIC can be found on our respective city websites. For information related to CIC Arlington, please visit https://arlingtonwa.gov and for Marysville, https://marysvillewa.gov. Both websites offer search options where you can search for “Cascade Industrial Center.”
